Terms

This agreement will begin upon acceptance. By accepting these terms you understand that you are fully committing to 12 months PAY IN FULL plan within the Valkyrie Membership.  You are RESPONSIBLE to pay the full payments agreed upon based off of your plan REGARDLESS of if you stop using the community + membership.

The fee for the Valkyrie Membership & Community will automatically process through Stripe or PayPal for the full amount on the date of purchase. 

Regardless of IF you utilize this space or not, you accept the terms and adhere to the responsibility of fulfilling the payment contract in FULL and you agree to the NO REFUND POLICY. 

The services to be provided by the Mentor/coach to the client are group coaching experiences done via zoom or phone, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life, relationships, or profession.

Payment Plans

If client chooses to use payment plan of Monthly Installments. It will be the client’s responsibility to ensure that the payments are approved within 24 hours of monthly renewal date. If it is not, additional late fees will be charged. Client is required to complete ALL payments in the Payment Plan, in full, regardless of whether the Client completes the program. If Client is unable to use the sessions for any reason, Client understands that fees are non- refundable.

Refunds

No refunds will be permitted.

Client is responsible for full payment of fees for the entire yearly membership, regardless of whether Client completes the Program. If Client is unable to use the sessions for any reason, Client understands that fees are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

Conversations within one-on-one sessions are confidential and will be protected as such. Information will be shared outside of sessions only if individual details are blocked out or if the client gives verbal or written consent to share name & info or if it required by law. Additionally, Client understands that Mentor will not abide by the Confidentiality provision in circumstances where the Mentor: (i) learns of child abuse or neglect or, (ii) immanent harm to self or an individual(s).

Mentoring Relationship

Throughout the working relationship, the Mentor will engage in direct and personal conversations. The Client can count on the Mentor to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The Client understands that only the Client can grant the power of the mentoring relationship, and the Client agrees to do just that: have the mentoring relationship be powerful. If the Client believes the mentoring is not working as desired, the Client will communicate that belief and take action to return the unconditional love & empowerment to the mentoring relationship.

Resale of Service and/or Intellectual Property

No resale or distribution of services, products or intellectual property is permitted. Client agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit, for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of the Service (including course materials & intellectual property), use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Limitation of Liability

By using the Mentor’s services, the Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or non-foreseeable, arising from such transactions. All claims against the Mentor must be lodged with the entity having jurisdiction within 100 days of the date of the first claim or otherwise be forfeited forever. Client agrees that the Mentor will not be held liable for any damages of any kind, resulting or arising from, including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of the Service. Client agrees that use of this Service is at user's own risk.

DISCLAIMER

Mentoring is meant to challenge, uplift, and support Client psychologically. However, mentoring is not psychotherapy nor is it being offered as a substitute for mental health care. If Client feels psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with her ability to function, Client agrees to seek the help in the form of a professional counselor trained for that specialty.

Client waives and releases Mentor from all actions, claims, or demands that Client, its assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury, illness, death or damage to property resulting from or relating to her participation in mentoring sessions contemplated by this Agreement.

I understand that I am working with Rachael Hilliard for professional Mentoring & Empowerment at the agreed fee. Professional mentoring is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional mentoring does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.

Declaration

As Rachael Hilliard, the Mentor, will be making suggestions, giving homework, advising, taking the Client through exercises and meditations, and teaching the Client the communication and personal techniques developed by the Mentor. The Mentor is not a therapist, nor is the Mentor licensed by the State of Texas in any way. The decision to accept or decline information, instructions, guidance, suggestions, and teachings from the Mentor is the Client's to make.

By purchasing and entering into any mentoring work with Rachael Hilliard and by participation in and viewing of the content on www.Rachaelhilliard.com the Client hereby agrees to this disclaimer.

Client should carefully read all information in the Terms of Use

By completing your purchase of the Valkyrie Membership/Community and/or engaging in any form of working with Rachael Hilliard, whether during free initial consultation session, paid session or email mentoring, reading or engaging on the blog, viewing videos, or participating in or purchasing of any online course, product, or electronic publication, you agree to all of these terms and release Rachael Hilliard from all responsibility and indemnity.
